Life is already happening, it’s time to actually live it.
Eventually, I realized understanding myself and actually living my life weren’t the same thing.
THE VISION
I believe self-awareness is meant to help us live, not become another thing we endlessly work on.
There can be room for growth, ambition, and becoming without believing there is always something about ourselves or our lives that needs to be fixed.
I want more women creating lives with room for curiosity, connection, play, rest, joy, and the things that make them feel fully alive.
Because healing can be part of the journey. But living is the point.
The Seasons That Shaped My Path
THE “Searching”
I’ve always been curious about people. Why we are the way we are. Why we repeat certain patterns even when we know better. Why some things seem so easy to change and others feel almost impossible.
That curiosity led me to study psychology, and eventually into personal development, spirituality, Human Design, astrology, and anything else that gave me another way to understand myself and the people around me.
And I loved it. I still do. There was something exciting about discovering another piece of myself, seeing an old pattern differently, or finding language for something I had felt but never quite understood.
But somewhere along the way, learning about myself started to become something I was always doing instead of something that was helping me live.
THE “Unlearning”
I had learned so much about myself by this point. I could recognize my patterns, understand where they came from, and usually tell you exactly what I needed to change.
But knowing all of that didn’t always mean I was actually changing it.
Sometimes I numbed or distracted myself. Other times, avoidance was much harder to recognize because it looked productive—overthinking, learning more, searching for certainty, or waiting until I felt completely ready before taking the next step.
I had spent so much time trying to understand why I was the way I was. Eventually, I started asking a different question:
What am I going to choose now?
That question changed a lot for me. I began unlearning the idea that I needed another answer, another realization, or another version of myself before I could trust myself enough to move forward.
THE “Expanding”
This season has been less about becoming someone new and more about giving myself permission to experience more of my life.
To try things before I know exactly how they’ll turn out. To change my mind. To be seen. To create. To rest. To play. To want more. To appreciate what I already have.
It’s also where I began to understand that not everything has to be figured out through words. Some things are experienced through the body—through stillness, movement, breath, music, and sound. Sound became another way for me to create space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and simply experience what’s there.
I’m still learning and changing. I hope I always am. But I no longer believe growth requires constantly searching for what’s wrong or what needs to be fixed.
Sometimes growth looks like healing. Sometimes it looks like expanding. And sometimes it simply looks like letting yourself live.
ROOTED IN EXPERIENCE
My work is shaped by both what I’ve studied and what I’ve lived.
My background in psychology gave me a foundation for understanding behavior, patterns, and change. Since then, I’ve continued exploring the many ways we come to know ourselves—from personal development and Human Design to sound, meditation, and other practices that bring us out of our heads and back into our own experience.
I don’t believe there’s one framework that holds every answer. I care more about using what’s helpful, staying curious, and creating space for you to hear yourself a little more clearly.
